Our Story
Built from the Inside Out.
PRHR Help was founded on a simple observation: too many established companies were struggling with HR and payroll challenges that had clear, proven solutions — but lacked access to the senior-level expertise needed to implement them.
Our founders spent decades inside organizations of every size, watching the same patterns repeat. Payroll errors that eroded employee trust. HR functions stretched too thin to be strategic. Critical roles left vacant during transitions. Compliance risks that went unaddressed until they became expensive problems.
We built PRHR Help to change that equation. By delivering fractional and augmented HR and payroll expertise, we give Indianapolis-area companies access to the kind of senior talent that was previously only available to large enterprises — on terms that actually make sense for their size and stage.
